Creating internet games including but not limited to flash-based and flex-based games, virtual games, fantasy sports, fantasy games, java games, c/c++/c sharp games. Logo designing and creation. 2. To engage in any way, whether singly, or jointly, in collaboration, in association, or in tie up with other entities in all kinds and types of software developing like products, software systems, software applications, including the selling and implementation of third party hardware and software applications, including but not limited to designing and developing of software for media, entertainment movies, animation, television programs and telecasting, satellite channels, communication, internet, intranet, networking, world wide web, internet net parts online exchanges for e-commerce , or other kinds of nets, any signs, locations, web page designing, developing of various types, means and modes of advertising, communication ,forms, transmitting data, internet technology, publicity and representations. 3. To provide internet and mobile device based services and products and to collect, analyse, process, interpret, distribute, circulate, data, statistics and information relating to all sports and sports related activities and disseminate information through any media including digital media, like internet by way of broadcast/streaming of videos of all kinds of sporting games, events, articles and reports on various sports in India and abroad. 4. To carry on the business of merchandising, ticketing, organizing and managing all kinds of sporting activities including events, matches at all levels, to undertake sponsorship and encourage research and development of sporting activities and to maintain, manage, deal, trade in all kinds of sporting facilities and equipment’s. 5. To conduct “games of skill” which includes all such games where there is a preponderance of skill over chance, including where the skill relates to strategising the manner of placing wagers or placing bets, or where the skill lies in team selection or selection of virtual stocks based on analyses, or where the skill relates to the manner in which the moves are made, whether through deployment of physical or mental skill and acumen. 6. To conduct skill games programme like Chess, Sudoku, Quizzes, Binary Options, Bridge, Poker, Rummy, Nap, Spades, Auction, Solitaire, virtual Golf, virtual racing games including virtual horse racing , virtual car racing etc; virtual Sports including virtual Soccer, virtual Cricket, virtual Archery, virtual snooker/bridge/pool, virtual fighting, virtual wrestling, virtual boxing, virtual combat games, virtual adventure games, virtual mystery and detective games, virtual stock/monopoly games, virtual team selection games, virtual sport fantasy league games. 7. To offer “games of skill” on website, mobile platform, television or any other online media and also to earn a revenue by means of advertising or by taking a percentage of winnings of game play or charging a fixed fee for membership or for downloading a game. 8. To carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, importing, exporting transporting, storing, developing, promoting, marketing or supplying, trading, dealing in any manner whatsoever in all type of goods related to games on retail as well as on wholesale basis in India or elsewhere.
