Jalpak Foods India Private Limited proposes to set up a multi-functional liquid beverage processing plant of 300,000 liters per day processing capacity in Patratu, Jharkhand. The plant will serve as a contract manufacturing unit for third party consumer brands and will be able to process and supply hem milk and value-added milk products, juices and fruit drinks, carbonated drinks, oral rehydration drinks, packaged drinking water, and packaged coconut water. The plant will be manufacturing these products using high-quality processing technologies like flash pasteurization and aseptic processing along with conventional thermal pasteurization processing. The plant will be able to package these products in multiple packaging formats including carton packs, PET bottles, glass bottle,s and retort pouch packs. The plant will use the most modern energy saving and water recycling technologies along with embedded automation, cloud-based virtualized process control and information management systems to produce high-quality products at highly competitive rates with the aim of becoming the pre-eminent contract manufacturing unit in liquid beverages in the country. The plant will be commissioned within 18 months from the time the land acquisition is completed and basic infrastructure facilities like water and electricity have been secured.
