Kamadhei is an integrated Farm where mushroom farming, medicinal/herbal plantation/farming, and exotic fruits/Veg. /flowers/forestry Plantation/farming, Biofloc Fish farming, Vermi Compost, and Goat/Poultry farming are being done along with extending similar services to other farmer communities as services. The main objective is to educate the local farmers and modernize them, increasing their income and creating more employment and special attention to women's empowerment. Spreading the same service to the whole of Odisha over a period of time and increasing this network to a bigger network across India and modernizing. There are plans to introduce and increase heavily the Sustainable Farming with Precision consulting services to the community which is almost negligent or not well known (many people need this service but don't know where to seek for) and that in turn creates more business, employment, production output, and benefits to Govt. In 2nd phase creating agro-tourism from all these farming concepts to create a new experience for the customers or travelers/visitors/voyagers or basically an addition to the tourism industry. Our Sales & Services are as below which are either in progress or planned in a phased manner: - Mushrooms, Training, Spawn production. - Sustainable Farming with Precision consulting service with Nursery, plants, manure, pesticides, training, technical service, and thereafter sales of their production. - Vermicompost, Fertilizers, Organic Manure - Fish varieties, Scampi, Seed from hatcheries, Training, Biofloc tank services, feeds, technical services...etc. - - Inthe last phase of export, some of these production outputs to other countries.
