Kaplife is a division of KamlaAmrut pharmaceutical LIP. Kamala Amrut is a diversified group with its presence in various sectors and is prominently developing in Gujarat's industrial parks. The group has three industrial parks near Ahmedabad and two projects under commission. Group has three manufacturing sites dedicated to Small volume parenteral, Large volume parenteral, ophthalmic, and Nasal care products. Established in 2020, Kaplife functions with a newly built facility for continuous expansion and diversification. This facility is spread across 6 acres of land with a total constructed area of 60000 square feet. Its a state of the art facility. It has three automatic production lines that ensure production without human touch through AFFS( aseptically forming filling and sealing), thus establishing utmost product safety and superiority over the conventional technology. Our facility is designed following the WHO GMP and other international regulatory compliances like EU GMP and TGA Australia. Kaplife has production lines from Wheiler USA, the pioneer in AFFS technology, our annual capacity of Respules and SWFI is 240 million units. Apart from this, we also have eye care and nasal care solutions, and we can produce 300 million units in a year. One of our group company Realcade life sciences, has six IMP production lines in its two manufacturing sites, with a total capacity of 100 million units annually. We aim to set up a network in Latin America, CIS, and Europe in the coming years. Our product basket is comprised of SVP/WP / Respules/ Diluents/ Ophthalmic and Nasal care. Our vision is to provide affordable healthcare to the community through its robust quality products to serve humanity.
