During my Masters at Indian Institute of Management, I got an opportunity to understand the Population Diversity of our country. And as we all know majority of our country's population rely on Agriculture for their Primary Source of Income. This Idea will help all farmers across our nation and will solve numerous problems like Farm sustainability, Farm Automation, Advancements in Organic Farming and Fishery Automation, while ensuring availability of Quality Produce for the Mass as customers not just branding Organic Produce as Premium Product meant for affluent class. Also, ensuring environment sustainability to make sure we pass a better environment to our next generation. With my Innovation in agriculture as a concept and Integration of AI (Artificial Intelligence) with PLC-SCADA based Farm Automation on farm will allow a PERMACULTURAL development and less mortality of plants & animals, which in-turn will ensure space for integration of the different types of agriculture produce with fishery & poultry activities, While optimizing the Farm input cost & Farm input requirements to ensure things like: reduce water intake by upto 95%, Zero Down on Fertilizer, Pesticides, Insecticides, etc while ensuring 2X increase on produce. With this Venture, we plan to ensure the Employment not only for Skilled & Unskilled persons but also for Differently Abled Persons as Vertical Farmers in rural India itself. Specially for the Unskilled Category or Differently abled Person or Farmers with Barren Lands, whose life is set to work as daily wage laborer at others farm. These farmers need drastic innovation to earn livelihood from their land. My venture is not just ensuring employment opportunities for these farmers but with the ongoing training & development at the job will make a Future ready VERTICAL FARMERS in our very own land Bihar. We aim to create a brand from Bihar, which will work on providing the suitable and reliable produce for customers across India. Our Revenue Generation Strategy is Majorly based on Business tie-ups, i.e. players interested in organically produced product. As the B2B market will give us the Economies of Scale along with a long term Contracts to ensure that we are a settled player in market. To scale up the produce, we will create FPC's that will ensure tie-ups with Farmers & other players in Farm Value Chain ensuring that we generate great returns. Talking About numbers with the optimization of Farm Inputs & Operational Efficiency due to AI & SCADA techniques will give us an Profit of around 30%,i.e. 60 Lacs per acre. While we can estimate Top Line (Revenue) to cross INR 2crs per acre of Farming and by reeling them in-turn will create a fortune for our Brand and allow us enough room to grow globally in 5-7 Yrs. My concept is based on numerous steps, which involve building the right infrastructure that compliments both the sectors, fishery & plantation activities. It starts with breeding the ergonomically fish in iron infused water and then using the same for growing our niche genre of plants. Next step involves using the waste to nurture Poultry birds and creating a Permaculture synergy. We want to ensure that implementation of AI & ML on the whole unit, will give us an upper age to ensure that the operation is optimized and standardized to maintain same taste & quality on our produce. Post this ensuring the premium marketing where we Find & enter in B2B and B2C sectors interested in our organically produced produce. Finally, we aim to achieve end-to-end automation in this setup and grow our business to other countries as well. As we all know, the rising population needs the Food to survive and by the end of this decade Earths Population will surpass 8Bn in totality. Thus the conventional farming technique will need a paradigm shift and it won't be wrong to say that the Future of Farming lies in the Vertical Farming Techniques. But till date its not been able to reach the market viability of this techniques. As we create an ecosystem where we combine all different techniques of farming to reach the most optimized Produce and Create a Brand out of it and take it Globally in next 5-7 Yrs time, while ensuring market capture on organic produce for Leafy Greens, Micro Greens, Fishery & Poultry Produce.
