Headed by partners Aman Dhiman and Nikhil Kukreja, this prestigious firm designs bespoke custom tailored solutions to each client’s unique needs. The Studio buildings are exquisitely detailed. Inevitably, the social and climatic relevance of our buildings is extremely pertinent to emerging India. The studio has remained mid-sized and this enables its partners and design staff to pay special attention to each of their clients. Every aspect of the design process is carefully monitored and integrated into the building process from start to finish. The Plan of Work, which the Studio has adopted, ensures that each project gets a custom made solution. KDS has a variety of clients who belong to varied socio-economic groups. The studio works with the belief that architecture is a process driven profession where the architectural solutions for Indian buildings must emerge from a built language that responds to local climate, local material and a local context. Within these parameters lies a truly relevant contemporary Indian architectural language.
