KIHMT Skills Private Limited is focused on bridging the gap between hospitality education and actual industry requirements. Our training programs are designed by professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, and the founders themselves bring over two decades of hands-on industry knowledge. This ensures that our courses are aligned with real hotel operations and current market expectations. We offer job-oriented training in areas such as front office, housekeeping, food & beverage service, and culinary operations through an online LMS platform. The courses are practical in nature and include technical skill development, modern tools, and structured internship support so that learners can become job-ready. While there are several online platforms providing hospitality education, most of them are largely theory-based and do not focus on employability or real-world exposure. Internship opportunities and practical workflows are often missing, which limits students’ readiness for actual job roles. We address this gap by offering a focused platform dedicated specifically to the hospitality sector, combining domain expertise with practical training and AI-based tools. Our courses are priced at nominal fees to keep them accessible, considering the strong and growing demand for skilled manpower in this industry. We aim to scale across India by making affordable, job-ready hospitality education widely available.
