Welcome to Larvaee Bharat Private Limited !!! Larvaee Bharat is a technology transformation, consulting, designing and manufacturing startup providing complete automotive solutions. Our Business Focus areas are as follows: 1. Retrofitting Business supports the E-Retrofitting of auto-rickshaws, buses and other commercial vehicles. 2. Our Automotive Engineering Business Solution mainly supports the designing and development of EV/Powertrain ECUs, such as Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Motor Control Unit (MCU), Battery Management System (BMS)and other EV accessories. 3. Our Product Manufacturing Business Unit supports the mass manufacturing of VCU, MCU and BMS. Our Hardware designs are of automotive standards with functional safety and the software solutions are Autosar based. We also follow the ASPICE process to ensure a better quality. The main business vertical focus for the 2023 roadmap is on the 1. Retrofitment of E-Auto-Rickshaw 2. Development of BMS and MCU for SRBH Motors and Mahindra. The targeted customer Sales for RetroFitting is around 68,000 Vehicles and the assured Sales as per our road map for this year is 1365 Vehicles. Our marketing department has already identified the demands of the auto industry in odisha and approached clients across various districts in the state. The Execution of this Retro Fitting which mainly includes: 1. Infrastructure and Operation Cost. 2. Engineering Cost. 3. Manpower Cost. 4. Licensing and Certification Cost. 5. Service and Maintenance Cost. We are targeting to raise fund for the smooth completion of targets. The next 5 years roadmap summary: 1. Focus is on converting the Fuel driven vehicle into Hybrid/E-Vehicle in other regions for three wheelers, four wheelers and commercial vehicles (School buses, trucks, dumpers and trailers) throughout the Indian Market. 2. To deploy our driver train/EV experiences for making VCU, MCU and BMS ECU development in Asian Automotive OEMs like TATA motors, Mahindra, Eicher, SRBH for the product development and mass production.
