We mainly focus on Enhancing viability and sustainability of Farmers in India by the following activities. By doing this we ensure that their livelihood is developed and we also get mutually benefited. We are the only company in India where we focus only on developing and nurturing Farmer Producer Organisations. Are activity is as follows, 1. Visiting each and every village and educating Farmers on the benefits of collective farming. 2. Forming Farmer interest groups with 20 farmers in each group and federating it into 50 FIG groups having 1000 farmers in each federation. 3. Registering the federation into Farmer Producer Organisations 4. Educating the Farmers on how to do business though collective farming. 5. Identifying market linkages for the organizations and helping them to sell their produce directly to the final customers by eliminating middlemen 6. Providing legal and accounting supports for Farmer Producer organizations and helping them in book keeping and accounting in order to ensure transparency in operations 7. Conducting training programs on technical, managerial aspects including Supply chain management and Brand development which will transform farmers into agripreneurs. By doing this we develop their livelihood and also we get our service charges for supporting them. We will travel with them throughout their existence.
