Leggo Mobility is an Indian electric auto ride hailing service provider for first and last-mile connectivity in Chennai. It was founded in November 2022. The company operates across metro stations and has successfully completed over 40,000+ rides since its launch. To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, Leggo provides comprehensive training to all its drivers, equipping them with the skills necessary to provide a superior travel experience to passengers. With its focus on safety, affordability, and customer experience, Leggo's target audience is daily commuters who seek reliable, quick, affordable and safe means of transportation. Leggo recognized the increasing demand for eco-friendly transportation solutions and has invested in electric autos. These autos are not only environmentally friendly, but also provide a more serene and efficient driving and travel experience, especially in city traffic. Leggo's customers can avail electric auto rides through the Leggo application. Customers need to download the Leggo app, and set pick-up and drop-location. Upon successful booking, a Leggo driver will be assigned with their details which include name, photo, and other information. This process helps to build credibility with the customers. Once the ride ends, users can make payments either with cash or using digital payment methods.
