Lighten Leadership is focused on building programs that help working professionals and entrepreneurs leverage personal leadership tools to create ease and lightness in their work lives. Instead of only focusing on external skills, our focus is bringing more and more awareness into the body, thereby setting the foundation for regulation of emotions, overthinking and self criticism. This helps them become more empathetic to themselves and their team members, thus creating far better workplaces. Our first offering is Aligned Way of Work and is focused on women professionals.
