The product is aimed at simplifying apartment management with innovative approaches that can allow members to have a one stop solution even when they move from one facility to other, the product is planned to be developed using niche technologies by integrating home automation using IoT devices and also adds few other innovative solutions such as secure visitor entry using sms, Virtual assistant based solution for managing facilities etc. Improvement This improves the quality of the process involved in facility management system, and simplifies the complexities involved in managing communication, communities, assets, and finance within the facility. Scalability: Idea behind OurCommunity is to connect the facilities, so as to achieve smooth migration of tenants/owners irrespective of geo location and still manage facilities based on their roles. OurCommunity is planned to scale globally as it address a generic problem. Development is planned to adopt changes and scale rapidly.
