Magic Institute of Excellence (MIE) is a Training & Consulting firm, which provides support solutions to MBA and Engineering institutions to scaleup their quality of Education and become a brand. The vision of the company is to transform the mindset of people towards education. It main offers Corporate readiness programs (CRP) and Leadership Development programs (LDP) for the student community to ensure the holistic development of candidates and build-up various forms of Human Intelligence Quotient. i.e. Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual Quotient. 22nd July 2017, the company was incepted and since then it is working closely with 45+ Institutions across Mumbai and Pune; Trained 4500+ students; 300+ Workshops; 1500+ hours of Training engagement. Recently the company has started a new Arm in Corporate Training and Corporate Placements, where they have developed various technology-based tools and innovative processes to simplify the Talent Management Process. It ensures a holistic assessment of candidates on Knowledge, Skills, Talent and Personality factors so that a perfect fitment can happen in the industry. This reduces Attrition, Increases Employee Engagement with Job as well as the company and elevates the involvement from head to heart. Founders' Profile: MIE was founded by 2 best friends Mr. Prathamesh Veling and Mr. Vishal Bhojani. Prathamesh is had rich experience in the field of Market Research, Analytics and Strategy and formal education in Engineering, MBA, MA (Eco) and MA (Psy). While Vishal is a commerce grad, MBA Finance, and X-Investment Banker.
