In their own words
The raw material ash received from sugar cane industries is taken to a granulator to make granules. In the granulator bentonite is added. Once the granules are formed it is sent to rotary drier through a conveyor. In the rotary drier hot flue gas at a temperature of 400 Deg C is sent. The hot air is generated in the furnace using wood/bio briquets/ saw dust as a fuel. The hot air dries the granules and bring down the moisture from 30% to 2%. The cooled hot air is vented to the atmosphere through a stack. The dried material is sieved in siever. Up to 2mm are taken back to the granulator which will act as the seed for the granulation process. From 2mm to 4 mm which is product are packed and sent to product storage area. The product is bagged in the 10kg/25kg/40kg/50kg bags and dispatched to customer via road transport. Above 4mm size are again sent to drier where it is again dried further. The dried material is sent to over size crusher where it is again made into powder and sent the granulation unit for making granules.
