Medswan Main objects: 1. To designing, developing, providing solutions and services related to Software designing, Web-technologies, Internet and E-commerce, mobile applications, Web based and Web enabled services and applications to various businesses including but not limited to hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, mobile health clinics, day care centers, emergency ambulances services, government and other agencies in the fields of health sector. 15. To collect information and data, conduct surveys for the development and / or improvement of the software from patients and providers/hospitals/clinics/doctors MIS(Management Information Systems/EHRs(Electronic Health Records), laboratories(LIS-Lab Information systems), through proper channel adhering and complying to policies related to patient data privacy and confidentiality regulations. 16. To carry on the business of marketing, promoting the websites, Mobile applications and E-commerce portals or any of the above activities. 17. To develop, implement and maintain the training programs for skill development in medical software, computer assisted Artificial Intelligence, IOT, Machine learning, Deep learning and Decide integrations with algorithms to enable and support patient second opinion services and clinician decision support systems through healthcare analytics in Healthcare and its allied Services.
