DAVA KE DOCTOR :-Incorporated in 2020, MPHPL started its business by supplying medicines at doorstep of masses at any hour of the day. Due to technical background, the owner was able to administer injections too, again at patient’s house. These patients needed a platform to translate their medical problems to a doctor who was otherwise generally not in a position to meet them due to corona related restrictions. While contemporary Mobile Apps failed since Courier Services shut down during COVID-19, MPHPL fulfilled this need relatively easily due to owners’ passion to serve the society plus formal education in pharmacy. He was able to convert medical history in a presentable form required by a medical practitioner. This process continued during both phases of COVID-19 culminating into a network of more than 1000 satisfied patients. This network and Repeat Orders received showed that the business model & brand MPHPL had made inroads into customer minds. The owner of MPHPL gradually felt need of technology to scale up the business, besides trained hands. Accordingly steps have been initiated for a Mobile App creation as well as skill development of manpower to be deployed by MPHPL at customer end. An On-Job-Training [OJT] Model shall be used to train the candidates at a Medical College with which collaboration has been initiated.
