We MobilePe Fintech Private Limited (“ToPAY”/ “Company”) is a private limited company registered on October 16, 2020 under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder (bearing CIN: U72900DL2020PTC371688), under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, having its registered office at Plot No: 42, 4th Floor, Block-B, Pocket-10, Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, India. MobilePe Fintech Private Limited has been a leading RBI licensed Prepaid Payment Instrument - https://m.rbi.org.in//Scripts/PublicationsView.aspx?id=12043 with effect from 8th June 2023 onwards under the brand name of “ToPAY”. Being among the most recent PPI license holders, operating for less than a year, we have efficiently rolled out several products, including Semi Closed Wallets, Reloadable Prepaid Cards, Gift Cards, and NCMC Cards. Additionally, we are scheduled to launch UPI and IMPS within the next month.
