Products The need: In the time when everything( Liike Shoes,clothes, electronics, groceries Etc) is being delivered at doorsteps ( shopping for these products is still very easy as they are available in air conditioned malls) but automobile accessories and parts are available only in markets that are almost always overcrowded & difficult to visit. Current Solution: Amazon Flipkart. They Deliver but for installation consumer again has to go to the market. Solution : Gaadiweb.com , We deliver and install at the doorstep across India. At prices lower than our competitors. Target Consumer - Every consumer without a driver( time effort and money all are saved by home delivery and installation) Almost all working people have a shortage of time and automobile work needs a lot of time and effort. For almost all females its impossible to go to car and bike markets so they spend 3-4 times more in getting the same thing done from showrooms. Difficult task for aged people. Workshops The Need: It is very difficult to go to car market, local workshops bike workshops and get work done as it is very time consuming and takes a lot of effort. Plus the weather generally makes it worse. There is no transparency and generally local workshops have no accountability or answerability. Current solution: Showrooms and authorized service centers. ( but for the same service they charge 3 to 4 times that the market rate!!) Solution : Gaadiweb.com , We provide the complete info about the workshops near you according to the services provided, pricing, day and time services are available, is pickup and drop facility available , review and ratings etc. This makes the workshops more transparent , answerable & accountable. Plus the consumer has more choices as they can compare and order service from the comfort of their homes and offices. ( I just got my car ac repaired in the comfort of my office :) We Provide every workshop , big or small , a digital footprint by giving all a web page , which they can manage on their own (optional) update timings , setvices provided , pricing of the services, photographs etc Target consumer: Almost every consumer whoz vehicle is over a couple of years old. General opinion- people do not prefer to spend a bomb in showrooms and authorized service centers after a couple of years if they can get a cheaper and reliable option.(We help them find one) Modification The need: If a consumer need to make a few changes or physical enhancements to renovate and beautify their vehicle they don't have an option of knowing how their vehicle will look once its done. Current solution : Photographs of similar installations or see something similar on some vehicle somewhere. Our Solution: A 3d model of your car where you can add remove and customize/modify your vehicle your selves and we get that done for your vehicle at your doorstep/office parking. ( Real before and after pics also available for your vehicle in your vehicle color. Target consumer: Anyone wanting to renovate , beautify and accessorize their vehicle. If size of consumer base is required just a few pics of traffic jams in India can do the trick Delhi NCR has more than 1CR vehicles , 2.3 cr Vehicles produced in India last year and 2.4 this fiscal! The automobile industry one of the biggest contributor to India's GDP. We currently have more than 2000 workshops and 5000 products in our system. Once our workshops increase to more than 10,000. A separate section is being built in the website just for workshops (B2B) Where in we create a eCommerce section for workshop equipment and heavy duty machinery from different companies and different pricings, functionalities descriptions, usages etc. We act as distributors for various brands to workshops all across India! A brief summation , in the amount it takes to open a brand showroom in a particular area, which caters to consumers only of that brand and only in that area and only for a few years. In the same amount we set up a digital market place serving consumers of all brands and vehicle types all across India not just one area !! Moreover we also act as accessories , parts and equipment distributors to workshops across India!!
