Muxlag Technologies is a technology startup building a unified battery intelligence and lifecycle traceability platform for the electric mobility and energy storage ecosystem. The company enables battery manufacturers, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to digitize production workflows, automate data capture, and maintain a continuous digital record of batteries from manufacturing through usage, second life, and end-of-life. The platform integrates directly with industrial equipment, test systems, and production lines to capture real-time machine and process data across cell testing, module and pack assembly, BMS validation, quality inspection, dispatch, and failure handling. This data is standardized and centralized into a secure cloud-based system that provides operational dashboards, automated reporting, quality analytics, and audit-ready traceability. To support reliable data acquisition in manufacturing environments, the company also develops embedded electronics and industrial interfaces that enable seamless connectivity with heterogeneous machines and testers commonly used in automotive and battery plants. These systems ensure accurate, automated data flow without manual intervention. Built as an IoT-enabled SaaS platform, the solution supports analytics, visualization, and AI-driven insights for quality improvement, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle performance monitoring.
