Narentis AI exists because compliance in India is treated as paperwork when it should be treated as intelligence. Every business in the country files GST returns, and almost all of them find out about problems after the damage is done: an Input Tax Credit denied because a supplier didn't file, a notice that arrives months after the mistake. We think that's backwards. We're building AI that reads regulations the way a good professional does: it anticipates problems instead of just recording them. In practice, that means our platform scores a supplier's compliance risk so a buyer knows their ITC is safe before the transaction, catches invoice errors the moment they enter the system, checks each invoice against Section 16(2) conditions, and drafts replies to GST notices that a chartered accountant reviews before anything goes out. CA firms can manage all their clients from a single portal, and the product supports Indian languages, as most of India's businesses don't operate in English. We're onboarded with a GSP (Vayana) and have integrated with their sandbox APIs for direct return filing. The team brings together legal and tax knowledge with three decades spent building and testing regulatory software, and we've built the compliance engine so it can grow beyond GST into other regulatory and financial domains. GST is where we begin because it touches every business in India. It isn't where we stop.
