In their own words
At The Sweet Change, we’re on a mission to help people understand the hidden damage sugar causes in our everyday lives—and to offer better, healthier alternatives because cutting back on sugar shouldn't mean cutting out sweetness.Over the past decade, our founder—a clinical nutritionist—has worked with over 50,000 patients dealing with diabetes, PCOS, thyroid imbalances, and stubborn weight issues. The first recommendation? Ditch refined sugar. But here’s the problem: most sugar substitutes tasted terrible, spiked blood sugar, or came loaded with hidden sugars and chemicals. Frustrated by the lack of real solutions, she set out to change the game. In 2023, The Sweet Change was born. With the help of food scientists and clinical experts, we created a 100% natural, plant-based sweetener from Monk Fruit. No weird aftertaste. No sugar spikes. Just clean, delicious sweetness you can feel good about.
