It all began with the current construction challenges, shortage of labors, requirement of thermal insulation and green building initiative of Govt of Bharat. A vision where Mr. Manoj Kumar Jain wanted to build something ingenious that resolved most of the construction challenges of traditional system. A company history born from passion for innovation, technology and green building innovations conducted at many levels in country and worldwide. The NBP Nirmaan Bharat Panels LLP (NBP) is going to reduce the gap and provide the innovative green building products to the market. The “Reinforced EPS Structural Panels (RESP)” are now recognized by the corporate world as a key reference in construction industry. Its global spirit, together with customer management and the deep motivation of the internal team, makes NBP a reliable partner able to propose customized solutions that optimize investments based on the customer’s needs. Urbanization is taking place in India at a faster rate which leads to high housing demand. The same is achieved by conventional construction method which consumes time, material and high energy resources. The world is also facing natural resources and energy crisis. Hence, for better natural resource optimization, it is imperative to adopt such construction methodologies and materials which reduce the construction cost, CO2 emission, and at the same time speedy construction with least energy needs. To overcome given problems, researches have been done throughout the world in recent past, and many advanced materials and technologies are developed. One such advanced construction methodology is developed using expanded polystyrene sheet (EPS) & final product is “Reinforced EPS Structural Panels (RESP)”. The NBP is going to provide the fastest building material with the quality assurance, based on the research of govt agencies (BMPTC, IIT Roorkee, PWD & worldwide agencies). This technology is adopted by the Govt.
