‘Neo Risers’ aims to assist children in achieving future career success & fulfillment by facilitating the development of essential 21st-century skills, applied learning & innovator mindset through engaging play-learn kits & learning modules. Our goal is to assist children/ students with offerings which can facilitate the following: i. Applied learning- making academics more interesting & relatable with the world around. ii. Gaining awareness & exposure to subject-oriented interesting career opportunities. iii. Skill development, esp. thinking skills like critical & creative thinking, problem-solving, empathy, imagination, spatial ability, etc. iv. Getting industry-ready with career-focused skills. We wish to introduce 2 categories of offerings from the MVP stage. i. Play-learn kits For junior level (lower primary to secondary level)- we offer neuroscientifically tested play-learn kits to nurture an innovator & maker mindset along with necessary 21st-century skills (like critical & creative thinking, problem-solving, empathy, imagination, spatial ability, etc.) from an early age. Adding to its educational merits, we wish to design the kits for a longer play life; taking a conscious step towards sustainability & reduction of toy trash. Our modular kit design & market availability of kit add-ons & spares will ensure more prolonged open/ repeated play possibilities. ii. Industry-ready learning modules For senior level (graduation & post-graduation level)- we offer industry-ready learning modules esp. for non-conventional & emerging careers to equip students/ graduates with varied choices & skills for the future.
