He has 4 years of industrial experiences in Literature Research, Secondary Research, Raw Material Procurement, FSSAI Regulation, Experiment Plan, Product Development, Theoretical Nutritional Profile, Costing, Claims Based on FSSAI Regulations, Consumer Research, Identification of Third Party Manufacture, Pilot Scale Production and Process Optimization, Shelf Life study, Nutritional Profile Analysis and Preparation of Technology Transfer Document. Dr. R.G. Raja Rajan (Founder & CEO) completed PhD in Biotechnology from Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) one of the esteemed R&D institute in India. He received Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) award from ICMR for pursuing Ph.D program in CFTRI. He published 9 research papers and made 7 poster presentations. He had 9 years of R&D experience in CFTRI in various fields such as Vegetable Oil, Blending, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Phytosterols, Nutraceutical, Deodorizer Distillate, Animal Experiments, Enzymatic Esterification and Product Development.
