FIAMAXX CHEMICALS LLP is developing an innovative ethylene-glycol-based automotive coolant formulation designed to provide effective heat transfer, freeze protection and corrosion control for automotive cooling systems. The product combines high-purity demineralized/deionized water produced through our own water-treatment process with ethylene glycol and a carefully designed inorganic inhibitor and buffering package. Our development approach focuses on formulation consistency, thermal performance, corrosion protection, pH stability and cost-effective manufacturing. The proposed product is intended to be further optimized and validated through laboratory testing for key parameters such as freezing point, boiling point, pH, reserve alkalinity, corrosion performance, density and thermal properties. The business model is based on scalable manufacturing, packaging and B2B/B2C distribution of automotive and industrial fluid products.
