We are all aware of the fact that many people of different countries, states or even cities speak different languages and English is a language which assists in removal of this language barrier can also be termed as ‘Global Language’. If two people from different countries, states or cities can’t communicate in local languages then they can communicate in a language which is common to almost all and that language is English. Whereas, on the other hand if we talk particularly in context of India, English is not just a “Subject” anymore to be learnt in school, but a pre-requisite to living a normal life in the society. It is no more a fancy but a pre-requisite in today’s world. Our business segment “Engvarta” is developed and designed exclusively for teaching English. It is our segment which is used for teaching English online through a mobile application viz. ‘Engvarta’. This app also provides facility of teaching over telephone in case internet facility is not available for the moment. Our this business segment serves two purpose, English learning and English teaching simultaneously and thereby generating employment for many. We cover the whole of India and abroad. In India, people generally hesitate in going to English learning and speaking centres so our app gives them liberty to learn English without even disclosing their identity to their teachers. They have the option to choose a nickname while installing the app and their teachers would address them with that name only. People are given the option to take trial first and then only subscribe for online classes, if satisfied. Students are also given the facility of their sessions being recorded and can be heard over and over thereby giving them the benefit of minimizing the mistakes committed in any session. Students are also given assignments on a regular basis so that they can revise and improvise whatever is being taught to them. Students are connected to different English experts everytime so that they learn to speak and learn English in a dynamic environment and it also helps in building up their confidence. TheTuitionteacher.com is a segment of our business which is engaged in teaching students of all ages from pre-nursery to post-graduate, covering all academic and competitive subjects, music and general interest/hobby classes. This segment operates only in selected cities like Lucknow, Kanpur and Delhi. Through TheTuitionTeacher.com we provide home tuitions in local areas. This business segment of ours serves the needs of both the students, who want to take tuitions for their academic or competitive subjects and the tutors who are either looking for full time jobs for regular income or part-time jobs for additional income. Students and parents both get a chance of trial class or demo class on basis of which they can decide whom they would prefer for their studies. People who are interested in teaching have to initially get themselves registered as a tutor by uploading their basic details and complete profile. Once the profile is approved, the person can apply for the jobs which matches with the class and subject preference. However, a tutor can start teaching only after upgrading to premium membership. The Company collects fees from the students in advance but pays to the teachers only at the end of the month.
