The Company is entering into the manufacturing of PP/HDPE Woven Fabric and sack/bag. Woven polypropylene/HDPE bags or simply woven PP/HDPE bags are considered to be the toughest packaging bags, widely used to pack materials for grain, milling, and sugar industry as they are highly water-resistant. In the future, the company also plans to enter into the manufacturing and trading of fabric made from PP/HDPE which would help backward integrate its process and thus increasing revenue. The company is setting up its plant in the city of Taj i.e. Agra, Uttar Pradesh. This location has been chosen because the directors belong to Agra and have various professional and social connect in Agra. Agra is also situated near to those states which are heavily dependent on the product like Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, etc. The major sector which the company will focus on at the beginning of the operations will be sugar and Uttar Pradesh has the highest numbers of sugar mills with top sugar mills like Dalmia Bharat and Sugar Industries Ltd situated in it. All sugar mills are currently fulfilling their demand from the west region of India, thus this business looks very lucrative and opportunistic in the north region of India. Management Mr. Pulkit Agarwal (Director) Mr. Pulkit Agarwal s/o Mr. Jatin Agarwal is residing at 84, Balaji Nagra, Kamla Nagar, Agra. He is about 24 years old and is a commerce graduate. He was assisting his father in M/S Bhagwati plast Industries, Agra which is into manufacturing of plastic containers from the past 4 years. His experience in the plastics industry will prove to be very valuable for the company as he knows the ins and outs of the industry very well. Mr. Nishant Agarwal (Director) Mr. Nishant Agarwal s/o Mr. Anoop Agarwal is residing at KE 32- B, Kaveri Kunj, Kamla Nagar, Agra. He is about 23 years old. He has done his B.B.A. from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Mumbai which is ranked as the number one college for B.B.A. He was associated in his family business of papers and allied products. With the specialization in Marketing, his knowledge would help the company to touch the untapped potential of the business.
