To carry on the business of developing, maintaining and operating of Special Economic Zones or other Export Promotion Parks, Software Technology Parks, Electronic Hardware Parks, Bio-Technology Parks and other industrial parks either individually or as joint venture with any company/firm/individual/consultant whether local or foreign. 4. To carry on the business of developing, maintaining and operating of any other facility that may be noticed in future as infrastructure facility either by the state Governments and/or the Government of India or any other appropriate authority or body. 5. To purchase, sell import, export, trade or generally deal in construction and building and road materials including raw materials, bricks, tiles, sand, granite, stone marble, sanitary materials, pipes, tubes, tubular structures, Stainless Steel and aluminium fittings, Aluminium Section Shutter, Stainless Steel pipes tubular, TMT structure Steel, Sheets, CP fittings & Fixtures, Wooden Flush Door Shutters, Wooden rib, Plyboard, Sunmica Aggregate stones, PVC pipes, CPVC Pipes fitting electrical item like conduit pipes, wires fans light fittings, HVAC items, Fire Fighting & fire alarm Fitting & fixtures, any type of Lift, Concrete Batching Plants, Boom Pleasure, Concrete Pump, cement, cement pipes and poles, lime, Aac blocks, building materials, requisites and other materials used in construction or any substitute thereof.
