NUSynergie LLP is an Assam-based food venture led by a woman entrepreneur from Northeast India, committed to leveraging the region’s rich traditional food heritage through innovation and sustainable processing. Backed by a team of experts in Food Technology and Biotechnology, the LLP aims to introduce and commercialize traditional snacks from the Northeast, transforming indigenous recipes into marketable, shelf-stable, and nutritionally optimized products for wider consumer reach. In parallel, NUSynergie LLP envisions to work in the production and processing of microgreens integrating AI technology for increased production yield and efficiency. It will also focus on developing health-oriented value added food products from the microgreens catering to the growing demand for clean-label and nutrient-dense foods. Through research-driven food technology interventions, the LLP seeks to integrate microgreens-derived bioactive ingredients into conventional snack matrices, promoting functional and preventive nutrition. The venture is directed toward establishing a value chain that uplifts local stakeholders—farmers, processors, and allied entrepreneurs—creating a sustainable ecosystem from raw material sourcing to product commercialization. By combining traditional culinary knowledge with modern food science, NU Synergie LLP strives to position Northeast India’s traditional snacks and emerging functional foods on a national platform, reflecting innovation, inclusion, and empowerment in the Indian food processing landscape.
