Omlet Learning Management System OMLET Website Our Idea, Business Model & its USP - Over the years, India has made tremendous progress in terms of improving literacy rates. However, in both the K12 and Post-K12 market, accessibility and affordability to quality education remain significant barriers in unlocking the youth's potential. There is a striking gap between professional skills sets & academia in India with the formal K-12 & post K-12 segment being ineffective due to lack of skill based learning, limited options to students & lack of career awareness. We are addressing the student’s key pain points & bridging gaps in the accessibility of quality education & skill based trainings with the optimum use of technology with interactive learning systems. We have been strategizing on the need for delivery of quality content & industry specific learning’s, most importantly employment support & assistance. ‘OMLET’ (i.e Organization for Market Linked Education Training) is a technology driven professional training institute based out of Mumbai that provides training for globally recognised professional education programs & certifications in the area such as Investment Banking, Investment Management, Wealth Management, Risk Management & Data sciences. We provide training for numerous global courses such as CFA, FRM, IOC, Data Sciences, CFP, NISM certifications. We have been operating in this segment for the past 4 '+' years (since 2016) whereby we have pioneered Asia's single largest & the most trusted training solutions for the Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) program affiliated to the American Academy of Financial Management. We also collaborate with colleges & institutions for various training, events & career guidance seminars, etc. We belong to the category C from above – professional education & certifications bracket amongst our competitors. Taking advantage of the segment dynamics, our company can potentially have high operating margin, affordable cost products, highly efficient use of technology, maximum outreach by delivering industry designed content delivery with economies of scale in the online education, onboard franchise to increase the outreach of courses. This segment can produce multiple winners at the same time with a space for new entrants as well as incumbent players can opportune the market share. Growth / Traction achieved till date (in numbers). We have integrated various courses under one roof by managing different collaborations including partnerships & affiliations with various institutions or even developing our own programs including for professional courses, certifications, also post-graduation courses, etc. We have a student success ratio (<90%), positive faculty feedback ratio(<85%), a retention ratio (<50%). We have trained more than 500 professionals & influenced & impacted the lives of more than 10,000 individuals through training programs & other modules. With the above mentioned utilization, we expect to complete training for over 2000 individuals within a period of 1 year with average revenue of INR 45,000 per student & average cost of acquisition of INR 15,000 per student or customer. We aim to complete atleast 10,000 admissions of students into the venture within 3 years of time. We have an average monthly revenue in the range of INR 2,50,000 to 4,00,000 every over the past 3 financial years but with the current plans for expansion & increase in the outreach, we expect it to be around INR 12,00,000 to 15,00,000 per month from the current financial year.
