1.1. On4Off Foods Private Limited (“On4Off”) is engaged in the business of processing, packaging and selling smoked meat in India through online and offline mode. 1.2. On4Off is in the process of registering its logo and wordmark, “Smoke Freaks” under the Trademark Act, 1999. On4Off is therefore endeavoring to establish the business under the brand-name “Smoke Freaks”. 2. SCALEABLE BUSINESS MODEL FOR EMPLOYMENT GENERATION AND WEALTH CREATION 2.1. On4Off presumes that the business model of On4Off shall lead to employment generation and wealth creation in the following ways: 2.2. Mass Productions 2.2.1. On4Off is presently at an early stage of traction. However, with scalable growth of On4Off, the production shall be done at a large scale for mass production of smoked meat. On4Off shall then increase the production to processing of other food products as well. 2.2.2. For mass production of smoked meat and other potential food products, On4Off shall expand the production from various premises thereby employing large number of people to carry out processing, sales, logistics and delivery for aligning the supply-chain. 2.2.3. As the business of On4Off shall grow, the administrative staff shall also be appointed including the management staff, financial staff, business development personnel and such other personnel as shall be required for putting in place adequate corporate governance practices for growth of the company. 2.3. Operation through franchises 2.3.1. On4Off is exploring to set-up operations in India under the brand-name of “Smoke Freaks”. With increased traction, outreach and recognition among the customers, On4Off shall provide franchises to support and handhold other businesses to grow as well. 2.3.2. Under the franchise model, new ventures can operate under the brand-name of “Smoke Freaks” to scale their business. 2.4. Export of Products 2.4.1. After reaching the growth stage, On4Off shall export smoked meat to territories outside India thereby generating economic returns from international market. 2.4.2. The quality of products of On4Off shall enable it to compete with global food processing chains. 2.5. Global expansion 2.5.1. One of the major potential expansion plans is to increase the production to various geographical territories. 2.5.2. For the purposes of global expansion, On4Off shall accommodate employees working under the employment of Indian venture to overlook and supervise the operations in territories outside India.
