About Us: Open Ocean is a person centric organization that is inclusive, joyful, interesting and relevant and strives to work for upliftment of the community and nation through training and development. We reach out to students and teachers in private schools, as well as collaborate with government bodies, entrepreneurs and universities to create a range of workshops and trainings, classroom resources, and research material. The basic philosophy that revolves around our work culture and all business operations is our belief in the ability of people. Driven by the passion to excel and single objective of serving our clients, we are committed to deliver quality in every element of our search - our people, our process and our database of proven and emerging talent. Our firm acts as a gateway to provide a wide range of learning aids and techniques, through which young learners get the opportunities to explore their potentials, become better learners and can express their views without hesitation. What Drives Us: Our beliefs inspire us to take Actions and actions dene our reality. Human being has continuously evolved since millions of years and has adapted himself according to the changing times and its requirement. In this ever evolving world, each individual is expected to constantly learn and equip oneself with all the right skills that he/she will require to keep pace with the world; however often due to many limitations we need additional skills to keep moving head in career or life in general. Training industry over the last few years has risen due to this basic need of the global society where conventional education and bookish knowledge are not enough and hence we have designed experiential and engaging training program in such a way that it enables the learners to not only get access to hands--on skills but we make enough room for practical experience so that each leaners can apply the learned skills in real world to gain leverage and move ahead on their paths. Our Mission: We as a team aim to see improved productivity, open communication, free owing positive relationships personally and professionally, implementation of innovative practices in education system. We refocus the entire system - part by part, state by state - on empowering better stakeholders, so in turn they can strengthen the dream of a literate and educated India, where every individual, every young mind has the right to quality education and equitable skill development.
