Opticon Technology is one of the fastest-growing and leading Skill Development and Training organisations. Founded in 2017 under section 7 of the Companies Act 2013, the company was established with the sole vision of bridging the gap between job seekers and employers. Since our inception, we have been engaged in connecting skilled/unskilled workforce to businesses with similar requirements. We at Opticon Technology believe in the vision of Aatmnirbhar Bharat and aspire to make India a skill capital of the world. We specialise in Skill Development, Campus Recruitment, Manpower Outsourcing, and Corporate Training. Opticon Technology has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), various corporates and skill development departments of various state governments, including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand. Our clients include some of the leading MNCs and Businesses across the spectrum. Through our training and upskilling program, we aim to train unemployed youths through CSR programs and various government initiatives.
