We are group of seasoned ex bankers with minimum 18+ years of experience at every individual level and started this online portal which acts as online aggregator using technology to bring banks/FIs near customers who are from tier 3 and 4 towns to enable them getting benefits of housing finance/PMAY/business loans etc, we also intend to use technology to bring NBFC/HFCs repossessed affordable assets available for purchase at even better rates to end users in both metros and smaller towns, we are also building our offline branch network through franchisee base in all smaller towns that will generate lot of job opportunities in these towns, it will work under unique model where state head office will be self managed and help all small franchisees both as technology enabler and offline support in terms of training etc, we have currently operational offices in Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Agra and Lucknow and intend to start Karnal, Jaipur and Ludhiana soon, this will help us to appoint franchisees in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, U.P and Uttarakhand, H.P to begin with, being group of all experienced bankers we through our relations, creating network on supply side with all developers who are constructing projects offering affordable units under PMAY even in smaller towns and with HFCs/NBFCs/Banks offering such loans even in smallest of towns through use of both online and offline mode, on demand side we are creating network of companies who are working in smaller markets like 72 network which is into last mile logistic solutions and MFIs etc, this will not only help no. of people getting home loans but will also create lot of jobs in these smaller towns who will work as agents and document boys.
