To act as consulting engineers and management consultants and to prepare project reports, plans and lay out and provide technical advice, guidance and supervision in the erection, installation, commissioning of various types of machinery used in all types of industries. 3.To acquire from or sell to any person, firm or body corporate whether in India or elsewhere, technical and managerial information, knowhow, processes, engineering, manufacturing, operating and commercial data, plants, layout and blueprints useful for the designing, erection and operation of any plant or process of manufacture and to acquire and grant license, other rights and benefits in the foregoing matters and things and to render all kinds of management and consultancy services. 4. To subscribe, donate, establish, provide, maintain, conduct, subsidize, undertake, carry on and promote studies, research centers,research laboratories, experimental workshop for scientific, technical and medical researches, tests and experiments of all kinds and scientific and technical investigations and inventions of any kind that may by considered by the company likely to assist in business which the company is authorised to carry on or otherwise useful for the company
