Our project OzoERP is basically an institute management system which was launched from Bineswar Brahma Engineering College to overcome the gap between the principals, teachers, students and parents which was formed to deal with the problems faced by the institutes during the pandemic situation of Covid-19. Our motive is to transform the whole traditional education system to an advanced and dynamic education system. We target to help institutes manage their education system in an efficient way . Our project includes: 1. A dynamic fully secured official site 2. Light speed cloud storage server 3. College/school admin control 4. SEO management 5. 24/7 technical support for an institute 6. College/school fully functional management system : 6.1. Administrator features:- Online meeting, Message, Bulk Mail/SMS, Class Schedule maintain, Student and Staff Attendance, Leave Approval, Media Centre, Marksheet Upload, Online Exam, Notice Board Maintenance, Fee and Salary Management etc 6.2. Principal:- Online meeting, Message, Bulk Mail/SMS, Class Schedule Maintains, Student and Staff Attendance, Leave Approval, Media Centre, Marksheet Upload, Online Exam, Notice Board Maintenance, Fee and Salary Management etc. 6.3. Teacher :- Online Class conducts, Chat with Students/parents, Students Attendance, Study materials, Home work, Assignment, Online exam, Lecture Videos upload etc. 6.4. Students:- Online Class Attend, Companies Register, Chat with Teacher, Leave Request, Attendance Report, Class Schedule, Study Materials, Homework, Assignments, Online Exam , Fee Payment, Digital Library Books etc. 6.5. Parents:- Online Meeting Attend, Chat With Teacher, Notice board, Children Attendance Report, Fee Payment, Students Report , Exam Report Card etc. 6.6. Librarian :- Library Book Management, Book Issue and Return Repot Management etc. 6.7. Accountant :- Chat with Students/ parents regarding Fee Payment, Fee & Salary management, College/school expanses management etc. As already mentioned that our project idea was developed during the ongoing pandemic situation when most of the students have faced nearly a gap of complete session and the teachers were not able to cope up with the arised situation along with the principals so we have come up with this idea of providing online features of an institute all in a sequential manner.
