With BS Emission standards implementing BS4 and aiming for moving to BS6 by 2020, compliance of the same requires innovation of new products, improvement in existing technologies and most importantly business models with scalability potential. Panache Biotech Industries Private Limited targets to develop manufacture and sell Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) & other advanced technologies to ensure pollutants emitted by vehicles are minimized and comply with the limits as specified by the BS4 and BS6 emission standards. DEF will be must to use in all diesel vehicles after we change to BS6 emission standards, and also currently it is mandatory to use with all diesel vehicles operating with SCR technology. We will thus,assist the automobile industry to comply with BS4 emission standards and help the whole country with smooth transition to BS6 emission standards. After penetrating the market with DEF distribution, we will use our network for setting up small manufacturing units in all major cities in order to reach customers all over India and to make our products affordable for the end users. We will innovate and acquire technologies and capabilities to manufacture low-cost vehicle exhaust emission control systems by creating economies of scale. Air pollution is not a problem only in India but in other countries too. Thus, we aim to sell our products in India as well as exporting them to emerging markets outside the country
