I am solving automobile problem, parellely generating self employment. With huge income. It will create a revolution in the Automobile Industry. Name ( Park and shine.) Anyone who have a vacant space available in his home or office or anywhere, they can share their space for 1 ,2, 3 hours or for 24 hours. While parking we will also provide washing and automobile workshop., Vehicle modifications. As per their choice. They can also add sales service to their product online. Our app will give cloud Automobile services to all our customers. Automobile Mechanic's can also download my app and they can also give the same services. Automobile Shop keepers can sell their product online with aur app. For breakdown we will provide mobile auto services up to 20 to 50 km. So it is solving some automobile solutions. We will give free guidelines to all our customers. So in this way we will provide different services to all people who have their vacant space. It can generate lots of profit to all land holders, they can earn 1 to 5 lakhs per month easily. They can give any service or if they have space they can work on all services. It's their choice. And the market of this business is the whole world. But we will start it from india. From Mumbai or any metro or any big city like Bangalore. As of now the total population of the world is about 800 crore and we assume our customer is about 30 % those who want to rent their space. So our customer is about 200 crore. . We will charge 5 % to 20% commission for every service from our customers. Parking charges are 10 to 50 rs per hour, according to area. washing charges are 300 to 2000 per wash so a house owner can easily get 5000 rs a day. From Workshop 5000 to 1000rs a day. From Car modification 1 lakh per day. Our first 3 month target is about 10 thousand customers which we will easily get in three months. Within 3 months we will achieve our target. We will get our 10000 customers. If our customer is getting 5000rs average a day. We will get 5% commission = 250 rs. from one customer. 10000×250 = 25 lakhs per day. 7 cr 50 lakhs per month. Company will get good income in a short period of time. And the business growth will be very fast. We will not charge a single rs from our users. We will only charge 5 % commission from land owner. So we will get approx 1 lakh customers in the 1st year. 1 lakh × 250 = 2 cr 50 lakh per day income. 30 days income 75 cr and year income is 9 arab. so profit ratio is higher. Our investment making app for the customer and for the home owners. And a small office for operations. Digital marketing. Our app will be like Booking.com or Airbnb. In this app anyone can book a hotel or hostel anywhere in the world. Same like this anyone can book parking spaces or other services from anywhere in the world. It will cost 5 to 20 lakhs.
