Our company is the majority of these wineries focus on making normal wines. These wines are very popular among local consumers; however, I feel there will be a growing demand for high-quality vinifera wines in the near future. Research shows that as consumers become more sophisticated about wine, they gravitate towards higher-quality vinifera wines. The winery is currently in the developmental stages, but the initial production plans and growth strategies have been established. The winery will produce Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, and Chardonnay from vineyards throughout the district of Tamilnadu. Production will begin at about 2,000 cases (about 500 of each varietal) and increase to 10,000 cases in year five. The proposed winery will purchase grapes from top vineyards around the district of Tamilnadu.
