Pinak Global Prototyping Private Limited is creating an innovative process which can be transversely applied to several industries during metal prototype manufacture. The company is on track to be the first one in India to have this process. As of today, metal prototype manufacturing process is much cost and time intensive. It is necessary for validating iterations during research and development phases in several industries (automotive, defense, aerospace, medical, etc.). Our process will digitally transform the end-to-end process of sand casting manufacturing of metal prototype parts for various industries. This allows early iteration and frequent design reviews using representative parts. The idea of this Service is to directly use 3D CAD processing using Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing Technology and providing reduced manufacturing development times by almost half and tooling costs by 30-40%. Significant time and cost savings will be possible for clients compared to traditional metal prototyping (50% time savings together with 30-60% cost savings). Strong market need exists for making the traditional process more time and cost effective, which is the product on offer from the startup.
