PlatPharm is a “first-of-its-kind” forum where the students of Pharmacy and Life Sciences can connect with each other as well as with professionals from the industry and the academia. PlatPharm enables the students explore the individual strengths based on a scientific, healthcare industry specific, talent assessment and hence their best “career-fit” roles in the industry. Besides, it will help them enrich themselves about the plethora of career options available in the healthcare industry through the communication and discussions with professionals who can share the experiences of their career journey. PlatPharm helps students connect with a panel of experienced professionals who can guide and advise them through a systematic approach. By exploring the various functional areas as well as engaging in purposeful conversations and interactions with these “Mentors” from varying verticals within pharma industry, students will be able to make more confident and educated choices about their career paths. PlatPharm is founded by pharma professionals who have been in the thick of the Indian pharmaceutical industry for over 3 decades. Being pharmacy professionals themselves, they understand the practical needs of the industry and aim to nurture the talent of the students through PlatPharm.
