The start up has been conceptualized by Mrs. Sangeeta Ahmed, She has a dream to make poor house hold self reliant. She has firm belief that dole can not bring sustainable change rather assisting them in micro business enterprise could do it. She along with Mr. Mr.Mizan Ahemed (a young entrepreneur)& Mr. Ehtsam Ahmed a veteran business man having 32 years experience incepted this start up in Year 2020. The initial idea for which start up is working is 'Inception and Conducting of Agri Business in Indigenous Low cost input Technology birds (double purpose Rainbow Rooster & Indbro Brown Layer poultry birds) including breeding centre, Hatchery with initial capacity of Parent Birds (15000 Hens & 1500 cocks) with facilities like marketing of cheeks and eggs, in-house feed bio composting, in house feed manufacturing, bird rearing training to partner house hold'. It will focus on innovation and technology transfer from lab to market. Fortunately , it has been associated to Atal Incubation Centre executed by AIC-BV Foundation, Bihar Vidyapith which is providing mentoring support to the start -up. Other significant support that has been mobilised are reputed institutions like Inbro Research and Breeding Farms Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad,Big Dutchman International, India office etc. These institutions are reputed name in filed of Poultry enterprise support. We have been supported by domain experts like Mr. Vijay Prakash-Ex IAS & Agricultural Commissioner-Govt. of Bihar,Dr. T.Kotaiyah,MD-ndbro Research & Breeding Farms Hyderabad , Mr.R.S. Rnawat- Dutchman International, India Country representative, India, Mr.P.K.Karn,COO-Atal Incubation Centre executed by AIC-BV Foundation, Bihar Vidyapith,Mr. Bimal K Jha, Idependant Consultant and Mentor at Bihar Vidyapith.
