As India is moving toward a digital economy, most banks and FIs are coming up with lucrative ways to attract customers to use their Debit/Credit Card or their platforms for shopping purposes. In the majority of the cases, Banks and FIs provide “Reward / loyalty points” to the customer in relation to the spending done, however, these “Reward / Loyalty points” have an expiry period and complex ways to redeem. Since the majority of the customers are using cards from multiple banks/FIs, it is practically difficult to keep track of un-utilized points and the expiry of points by the customer. PointsPe is developing state-of-the-art technology to bring points of all the banks/FIs into one mobile application and provide convenience to the customers to redeem “points” while paying for multiple things such as ticket booking with Indian Railways, Shopping with eCommerce platforms, utility bill payments, etc.
