In their own words
Today, the world has entered a phase of grid parity, where solar is no longer expensive than fossil fuels, however most people still can't access it due the high-capital investments. Our Mission is to reach hundreds of millions in the hottest areas of the world, who still don't have access to electricity. We are working to facilitate investment for solar solutions for hundreds of millions of people in the developing regions in the world, who despite living in hottest areas of the world, don't have access to electricity. With the downfall of Solar Prices there’s an emerging market to facilitate funding for small-to-medium commercial and industrial distributed-solar projects for schools, businesses and organisations, ranging from 50 KWp-1 MWp in electricity-generating capacity. These projects represent a promising market that is largely untapped, primarily because traditional solar-financiers and foreign-investors prefer to fund larger-portfolios of solar projects or centralised utility-scale solar plants. To date, the main obstacle for businesses and organisations in Africa and other emerging markets to deploying small-to-medium solar plants is capital. Businesses often don’t have and/or don’t want to risk capital to deploy solar power generating assets. Debt finance from banks is not an attractive option because the cost of the debt is high. To overcome these barriers, PowerErn is a micro-investing model for financing solar energy solutions provides electricity to high-impact communities & institutions that cannot bear the upfront costs, while delivering a financial return for investors through a buy-to-lease solar asset ecosystem. PowerErn, is developing a Micro-Investing buy-to-lease Platform for financing Small-Medium residential & commercial Solar Plants in emerging markets, allowing investors worldwide to buy solar cells, lease them, earn a ~10-15% IRR passive-income & help fund these plants, for less than $10, all from their phones, with the help of Blockchain. Once built, these projects get solar plants for zero-capital costs of their own & investors get a share of rental income from the electricity their cells produce, over 20 years. For Impact-Investors, Solar is a lower-risk investment that is 100% asset-backed and offers investors predictable, long-term, inflation-linked returns contracted through power purchase agreements(PPAs). In addition to long term, stable returns, solar investments also provide direct exposure to the substantial potential upside from increasing power prices, which are forecast to increase both in developed (8–12% in North America and the EU) and developing markets (20% in India and China) by 2030.

The neighbourhood
This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.
What we do not know
- no CIN on file, so no company-registry record is linked
- no incorporation date
- no funding signal of any kind
- no address beyond the district
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
