In their own words
I, Prerna Puri, Founder and CEO of Prerna's Handcrafted Ice Creams, started making pure and all natural ice creams during the lockdown for my son as I was concerned about giving him anything from local vendors. My brand has introduced India's first GLUTEN FREE DAIRY ICE CREAMS that are made with low fat cream (no milk/water/vegetable oil at all) and have NO STABILISERS, NO EMULSIFIERS, NO PRESERVATIVES, NO ARTIFICIAL FLAVOURS/COLOURS OR THICKENERS added to them. My ice creams are all natural and 100% vegetarian. Devoid of any artificial additives, my brand is paving the way for revolutionary ice creams packed with a healthy punch. This technique of making pure ice creams is the first of its kind in the ice cream industry and has never been achieved in commercially available ice creams. Due to the phenomenal response that I have received, I have now converted my home venture into a professional brand. My ice creams are now being retailed from premium grocery store chains across Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Pune. We are also in the process of opening exclusive franchise stores pan India.
