ProCrunch Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is a food-tech nutraceutical startup developing good-for-you, high-protein, low-sugar confectionery for the Indian and global markets. Operating under our brand “Snatched,” we aim to redefine everyday indulgence by making chocolates, wafers, and confectionery healthier without compromising taste or experience. India faces a rapidly increasing burden of obesity, diabetes, PCOS, and childhood metabolic disorders—much of which is linked to excessive sugar consumption in conventional confectionery. Existing “healthy” alternatives often rely on artificial sweeteners that cause aftertaste or digestive discomfort, and there is a lack of mass-market, high-protein, clean-label confectionery in India. ProCrunch introduces a novel sugar replacement technology using Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a natural prebiotic fibre that provides sweetness while supporting gut health. This allows us to reduce sugar by 50–90% while maintaining the bulking, texture, and binding properties traditionally provided by refined sugar. In addition, we use a multi-phase protein integration system that stabilizes plant-based proteins within wafers, creams, and chocolate coatings—solving a longstanding challenge of chalkiness, sogginess, and bitterness when proteins are added to confectionery formats. Our products combine FOS, Isomaltooligosaccharides (IMO), stevia, and controlled erythritol levels to create low-GI sweetening systems with no aftertaste and no gastric discomfort. All formulations are clean-label, with no artificial sweeteners or preservatives. By merging nutraceutical science with confectionery technology, ProCrunch Nutrition aims to create a new category in India: affordable, functional, high-protein, low-sugar confectionery that serves women, children, diabetics, fitness-conscious consumers, and families seeking healthier options.
