The Company has not formed by splitting up or reconstruction of an existing business. It is general trend that customers purchase FOOD PRODUCTS like Spices , oil seeds , Grains , Vegetables , herbs , Pickles and other items derived from agricultural ,farming or relevant activities to live their life. Nowadays the Consumer feel Very Costly to Purchase FOOD items or eating materials because of high in Price..To solve this problem of customer we have innovated an idea to supply Food items Directly From Manufacturer to Consumer , So that the intermediatary agencies could not charge high Prices. Our Production and Food Manufacturing Will be different because PUROGREEN KITCHENS Private Limited Will Supply Food to People in the Market rate . However , Our Company Will do the Work of Manufacturing , Marketing , Selling the Food items in order to Serve Better to the People of India . We Will enter into agreement with local Shops and Provide the foods Directly to them. From Manufacturing to Consumers this supply Will be Worked. This will not only save their cost of production but will also save money of direct customer and will reduce their monthly/annual expense on it. As to provide this service we have to also appoint driver, helper and other staff in multiple number according to number of Food Supplying Business and so it will also help in generation of employment in this sector and company will earn profit and hence will create wealth. To enter into contract with Local Shops and industries we have to register our self as a start –up company as it is one of the essential requirement off agreement. As there is a considerable demand of Food Material in india for The items like Spices , Salts , Oil seeds , Granis , Vegetables , Herbs , Pickles and other food items, So that’s why we came with the Concept of this innovative idea to Provide food material activities to the People of India. There is a demand from such customers for delivering Food ITEMS at their door steps. Our Company will do the business of the reaching FOOD ITEMS to the door steps of customers as a Start-ups. Govt. of India under the aegis of Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry is promoting Start-ups for engaging new entrepreneurs in innovative business solutions. Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution also has envisaged the novel concept of Food Business to the door steps of customers by engaging Start-ups. In view of above we are proposing to register our self as a start-up to engage in the Manufacturing , Selling , Distribution of the FOOD ITEMS. The Primary policy objective of the PUROGREEN KITCHENS PRIVATE LIMITED is to ensure food security for the country through timely and efficient procurement and distribution of Food grains. This involves procurement of various Food grains, building up and maintenance of food stocks, their storage, movement and delivery to the distributing agencies and monitoring of production, stock and price levels of Food grains.
