Oneof the most significant benefits of hiring third-party inspectors for suppliers is the quality enhancement that it often provides.At times, inspection tends to reveal a product defect that is quite easy to preven. To assist and ensure Client’s shipment is in accordance to contractual specifications, QMAXX Technical Services (QTS) will send quality inspector to carry out product inspection at its facilities to check the quality, quantity, packaging, and labelling conform to required specification and established approval samples. During Product Inspection (DPI) can be carried out during one or more visits to the factory in early stages of production to assure conformance to requirements during each appropriate manufacturing or processing operation. Defects or deviations, if any, will be pointed out to the manufacturer for correction or improvement in future production.
