QUAI Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62011TN2026PTC192581) is a deep-tech startup developing a Hybrid Intelligence Reasoning Engine that combines classical AI, quantum-inspired methods and quantum-simulated models to support engineering planning and decision-making. Modern software engineering teams face challenges in sprint planning due to complex task dependencies, resource constraints, changing priorities and uncertainty. Existing project management tools primarily track work items but provide limited support for constraint-aware planning and optimization. The QUAI Hybrid Reasoning Platform addresses this challenge by combining classical optimization, quantum-inspired algorithms, quantum-simulated models and solver ensembles to generate dependency-aware, constraint-consistent sprint plans with explainable recommendations. The platform also includes an adaptive re-planning capability that detects changes in project constraints, identifies impacted tasks and re-optimizes only the affected portion of the schedule while providing explanations for the revised decisions. The objective is to improve planning efficiency, reduce manual effort, support more informed decision-making and enable more predictable engineering delivery through explainable, optimization-driven planning. Although the current implementation focuses on software engineering planning, the underlying optimization framework is domain-independent by design and can be adapted to other constraint-based scheduling and resource allocation problems.
