QUALICENTRIC ITES PRIVATE LIMITED, is a fast-growing company, incorporated in 12/02/2019. We have faced various challenges since incorporation and the biggest was COVID. The market was unstable, and many old businesses were shutting down due to lockdowns etc. As we changed our strategy during that time so were able to not only survive but growing since then at a faster pace. Our major clients are located in United States which has not only helped us to earn in dollars but also has supported our country's economy. We are having the staff on around 40 right now and as per our estimated requirement for employees, we need around 10% more staff every month in the Financial Year 2023-2024. We are providing Financial Management and other services to corporates by advancing the use of advanced technology. Some of our services are- Management Advisory which includes Strategy Consulting, Working Capital Benchmarking, Cost Reduction Program, Indian Market Entry Strategy, Management Reporting Framework, Sensitivity Analysis, Performance Analysis, Key KPI & Industry Comparison Fund Raise Advisory which includes Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, Business Modeling, Lead Advisory Support, Data Room Management, Buyer / Target Identification, Target Company Profiling, Investor Relations, Corporate Restructuring, Proforma Financial Statements.
